Bird's Nest Fern grows the way its name promises: bright green, rippled fronds unfurl from a central rosette that looks like a little nest, each new leaf unrolling right from the middle. No lacy fern fussiness, just bold, glossy, architectural green.
In the wild it perches in trees and catches rain in that central cup. Indoors it is one of the easiest ferns to keep happy: steady moisture, no direct sun, and it keeps unfurling. It is also one of the safest plants you can put within pet reach.
