Online store terms

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, live plants naturally vary in size, shape, color, fullness, and appearance. The plant you receive may not look exactly like the product photo.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Working Plant is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages left outside after delivery.

Because live plants are sensitive to temperature and handling, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery.

Returns and refunds

Live plant sales are final due to the perishable nature of plants. Damaged or unhealthy plants may be eligible for replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund if reported within the required time frame with clear photo evidence.

We do our best to provide accurate care information, product descriptions, and website content. However, plant care results may vary depending on your home environment, lighting, watering habits, humidity, temperature, and other factors.

Working Plant is not responsible for plant decline caused by improper care after delivery.
